Guarantee & Warrantee

Our work is carried out by a team of professionals from the very onset of the project to completion.
As a result, we provide guarantee of different ranges depending on the application methods.
Our guarantees range as follows:

• Torch-on application – TEN (10) YEARS guarantee with a 2 – 3 years maintenance clause on all uncovered surfaces.
• Cement Based Application – SEVEN (7) YEARS guarantee with no maintenance clause.
• Acrylseal Application – FIVE (5) YEARS guarantee with (TWO and HALF 2½ years maintenance clause.
  

Membership

Eli Waterproofing Specialists is an accredited member of the Master Builders Association (MBA).
We are also APPROVED APLICATORS of SAFEGUARD CHEMICALS and DARACHEM.

Insurance

We have Public Liability Policy with an indemnity of R1, 000,000.00 against any damage to the client’s property arising out of our negligence.
